In the heart of a peaceful hamlet in the Monts d'Ardèche Regional Nature Park, in Saint-Julien-d'Intres, the Holiday cottage Sauverzac welcomes you all year round for a rejuvenating stay in the heart of nature.

This old stone building, carefully renovated and very well insulated with natural materials such as wood wool and cork, combines old-world charm with modern comfort, while respecting the environment. Electrosensitive guests will find it a soothing refuge, thanks to its adapted installations (shielded electrical ducts).

The house is arranged over three levels, served by staircases, one of which is a Japanese step. A small paved slope leads to the unoverlooked terrace, with an unobstructed view of the Ardèche landscape. The terrace, equipped with a gas barbecue, a large table and benches, invites you to relax and enjoy outdoor meals.

From the terrace, you enter the cosy living room, with pellet stove, fully-equipped kitchenette (induction hob, hood, small oven, microwave, dishwasher, small appliances) and family table. A sofa and TV complete this convivial space. A separate toilet and laundry area with washing machine are also located on this level.
On the upper floor, two bedrooms: one with a 140 cm double bed, the other with two 90 cm single beds. Bathroom with walk-in shower and second toilet. Finally, on the top floor, a lovely attic mezzanine under exposed beams accommodates two beds and a relaxation area with sofa and bookcase.

For lovers of nature and the Ardèche verte, there's plenty to do in the surrounding area: Hiking from the hamlet, swimming in the river or Lake, cycling along the Dolce Via, local markets and shops in Saint-Agrève or Le Cheylard.

Bed linen and towels provided.
Local available for bikes or dirt bikes.
