In the lower Ardèche, just 3 km from the historic center of Viviers, this beautiful villa welcomes you to a peaceful setting with unobstructed views of the surrounding countryside. Outside, everything invites you to relax and share the pleasure of this fully enclosed property: large private swimming pool*, vast pool house with ping pong table, gravelled area ideal for pétanque, not forgetting a magnificent 100 m² terrace with dining area and electric plancha to make the most of the warm evenings. A closed garage with motorized door is also at your disposal. This top-of-the-range house, spread over several levels, offers generous volumes and quality appointments. It features a fully-equipped kitchen, a vast, luminous living room including a sitting area, a dining area and a convivial bar. A library-style mezzanine adds a warm, intimate touch. At night, you'll find a master suite with a 160cm bed, dressing room and private bathroom, two bedrooms with 140cm beds opening onto a balcony ideal for lounging, and an attic bedroom with two single beds. A bathroom with walk-in shower, two separate WCs, a relaxation room ideal for Kids and a large laundry room complete the ensemble. Ideally located, the villa is within easy reach of the region's treasures. Montélimar is 15 minutes away, while the Caverne du Pont d'Arc and the Gorges de l'Ardèche can be reached in 30 minutes. The major sites of Provence, such as the Pont du Gard, Uzès and Avignon, are just an hour away, and the Mediterranean Sea is only 1.5 hours away. For your convenience, bed linen is optional, cleaning is extra and pets are welcome. At the entrance to the property, a small house is occupied year-round, with no nuisance or overlooking the villa * POOL INFO: May to September, weather permitting - 12m x 6m/diamond-shaped pool, minimum depth 1.40m, maximum depth 2.30m/chlorine/rolling shutter and gated access/unheated.

Nanaboujo Super séjour
Rapport qualité de la location/prix au top. Super accueil de Cécile, très bon conseils pour visiter la région, disponible et réactive. Tout le nécessaire est inclus dans le logement pour passer un bon moment. Literie confortable. Super piscine fortement appréciée par les petits et les grands . Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés! Nous reviendrons très certainement dans cette location.

Thom peut mieux faire.
La piscine est sécurisé par un rideau, la propriétaire ne fournis pas la clefs pour le faire fonctionné, en 2024 celui-ci était en panne, de ce fait elle n'est donc pas sécurisé ce qui est très dangereux et rends l’utilisation du jardin impossible au enfant sans surveillance permanente. Plusieurs équipements de la maison (frigo,porte intérieur, set de ménage, télécommande du portail ect) sont absents, endommagé, pour certain c'était déjà le cas en 2024.
Très belle maison mais l'entretien courant et la remise en état des choses endommagé par les locations précédente n’est réalisé qu’âpres demande.- Cleanliness

La vue, le confort, la propreté, l'espace, la piscine, la table de ping-pong, la plancha, que dire encore ? L'accueil de Cécile bien sûr, à la fois chaleureuse, ponctuelle et réactive.
C'est une maison très spacieuse où l'on se sent bien et qui n'a qu'un seul défaut : les photos sont moins bien que la réalité ;-)A recommander sans hésiter !

Cricri bruno & co Vacances inoubliables
Très très bon accueil de M. CROZE dans ce cadre de rêve. Une région et un climat exceptionnel. Une semaine inoubliable dans cette villa impressionnante avec sa piscine et ses extérieurs magnifiques donnant sur une vue à couper le souffle.
