It has all the ingredients for a great summer vacation, with its private heated Piscine on a fenced property.
Set back from another Holiday cottage and not overlooked, it's practical because it's all on the first floor.
The Holiday cottage comprises a living room with fully-equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms with a double bed (160cm), one with 2 single beds (90cm) and one with 2 single beds (90cm). There's also a bathroom with shower (washing machine and tumble dryer), a bathroom with bath and WC, and a separate WC.

The beautiful terrace will be your meeting point at any time of day, with the Piscine* heated by a solar panel and protected by a curtain.
Planchas, bar-covered swimming pool, sun loungers - just a few words to give you a foretaste of your vacation! A private pétanque court is available for great games.

For your comfort, the living room is equipped with reversible air conditioning.

A great address close to Vallon Pont d'Arc and the exceptional sites of the Ardèche gorges: the Chauvet 2 cave, the beautiful villages of Lagorce, Balazuc and Vogüé, and numerous outdoor activities to recharge your batteries: canoeing, climbing, caving, hiking, tree-climbing...

To ensure your peace and quiet, a camera is installed at the entrance to the Holiday cottage.

*Piscine info: 4 x 9.50 m, 1.50 m deep, open from May to September, weather permitting, protected by a double-bar cover / Chlorine / Heated.
