The location is perfect: close to the river for swimming, but also within 200m walking distance of the village's restaurants and shops.
Set off on Hiking trails just a few steps from the Holiday cottage and discover the hamlet of Vieil Audon. Take off on a canoe trip down the Ardèche or cycle along the greenway.

This mas will charm you with its large terrace, part of which is covered for meals and barbecues.
There's a large courtyard for a game of pétanque, and a fully fenced garden where you can enjoy the secure swimming pool, ping-pong table and swing set. You can store your cars, bikes or two-wheelers under the house's beautiful arches.

On the 1st floor, a large living room with open, fully-equipped kitchen awaits you. Two large lounges with sofas and TV are perfect for relaxing or for family games. An interior staircase leads to 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a 180cm bed (convertible into 2 90cm beds), a private bathroom and a closed toilet. Next to the living room, a hall with separate toilet leads to a 5th air-conditioned bedroom, with 4 adjustable 90cm beds, and down to the ground floor, a shower room with toilet.
