The "Rêves d'Ardèche" villa can accommodate up to 10 people in total comfort, with spacious living areas and modern amenities.
As soon as you arrive, you'll be seduced by its landscaped garden, its view over the green plain and its access to a private Piscine* to cool off in the summer sun. The two shaded terraces, equipped with garden furniture, are perfect for al fresco dining with the enchanting Ardèche countryside as a backdrop.
Inside, the Holiday cottage offers a bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen (food processor, SodaStream, food processor), a comfortable lounge and 4 welcoming bedrooms.
Three bedrooms have a 180cm or 2 90cm beds with top-of-the-range mattresses, closet and desk. The 4th has a 160cm bed, two 90cm beds that can be joined together, and a private shower room with shower and basin. A second bathroom and two toilets are independent.
For your comfort, you'll benefit from state-of-the-art equipment (robot vacuum cleaners, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV with channel subscription, Bluetooth speaker, air conditioning) and, for relaxation, table soccer! Beds made on arrival.
Close to local attractions such as the Gorges de l'Ardèche, the Grotte Chauvet2 and the surrounding picturesque villages, this villa is the ideal base for exploring the region and discovering all its wonders.
Hiking trails wind through the Countryside, mountain bike routes take you on a tour of exceptional panoramas, and the rivers offer swimming, canoeing and fishing.
