From the moment you arrive, you’ll be charmed by the fully enclosed outdoor areas, which are perfect for relaxing and spending time together.
Between friendly games of pétanque and moments of leisure by the private heated Piscine, there’s something for everyone.
The pool house, equipped with a barbecue, promises long summer evenings bathed in light and filled with good cheer.

Inside, the house features spacious rooms spread across three levels, blending contemporary elegance with a warm atmosphere.
The ground floor features a gaming room with foosball and board games, a fully equipped laundry room, and a spacious first bedroom with a 180 king-size bed, TV, and private bathroom (shower and toilet).
The main floor features a superb, light-filled living area where a comfortable living room, a cozy dining area, and a modern, fully equipped kitchen blend harmoniously. Two additional bedrooms—one with a 160-bed and the other with an 180-bed, each featuring its own private bathroom and TV—offer privacy and comfort.
On the top floor, a charming attic suite completes the property—a true haven for rest, featuring a 180-bed and its own private bathroom.

For your comfort upon arrival, the beds are made and bathroom linen is provided. A mandatory end-of-stay cleaning fee applies.
A covered area is available for your motorcycles or bicycles, ideal for exploring the surrounding area.

Ideally located for exploring the region’s wonders, the residence serves as a convenient base for trips to the famous Ardèche Gorges, the majestic Pont d’Arc, and the fascinating Chauvet 2 Cave.
