Ideal for up to 8 people, this carefully renovated house offers a refined and warm setting, designed for unforgettable vacations with family or friends under the Ardèche sky.

As soon as you arrive, you'll be seduced by the fully enclosed exterior, a real invitation to relax and share. Between friendly games of pétanque and lazy moments by the heated private swimming pool, there's something for everyone.
The pool house, equipped with a barbecue, promises long summer evenings bathed in light and conviviality. Inside, the house reveals beautiful volumes spread over three levels, blending contemporary elegance with a warm ambience.
The first floor features a gaming room with table soccer and board games, a fully-equipped laundry room and a spacious 1st bedroom with king-size bed (180cm), TV and en-suite shower room (shower and WC). The main floor reveals a superb living room bathed in light, where a comfortable lounge, a convivial dining area and a modern, fully-equipped kitchen blend harmoniously. Two additional bedrooms, each with its own private shower room and TV, offer privacy and comfort. On the top floor, a charming attic suite completes the ensemble, a true cocoon conducive to rest, with a 180cm bed and private shower room. For your comfort on arrival, beds are made and bathroom linen provided. Cleaning at the end of your stay is compulsory (extra charge). Motorbike or bicycle shed available, ideal for exploring the surrounding area. Ideally located for discovering the wonders of the region, the residence is within easy reach of the famous Ardèche Gorges, the majestic Pont d'Arc and the fascinating Grotte Chauvet 2. Between unspoilt nature, picturesque villages and gourmet delights, every day becomes an invitation to escape. Due to roadworks from the end of May to mid-July 2026, a 30% discount will be applied to all weekday stays.
