In the heart of the rolling Ardèche countryside, the Prévenchères gîte is the ideal place for families or friends to get together for a break. A spacious, comfortable house with swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, billiards, table soccer and fireplace... A place to discover in summer and winter alike.

You'll be staying in Belsentes, a small Ardèche village halfway between Lamastre and Le Cheylard, in a calm, verdant setting. You can explore the natural surroundings on foot or by bike (Hiking trails and Dolce Via nearby). You can also discover the region's heritage and crafts (Train de l'Ardèche, Ardelaine, Atelier du Bijou, etc.). Numerous events also enliven the area (Castagnades, Equiblues, l'Estival, Oh plateau). Prévenchères is a large, fully renovated house. The Holiday cottage is located in the heart of a several-hectare estate on the edge of the Forest. There is a second Holiday cottage on the same property, each with its own entrance and no facing building. A spiral staircase leads up to the 3 levels, all of which have been tastefully decorated and furnished with comfort in mind. Its assets? A host of leisure and relaxation facilities, including a private outdoor swimming pool*, a wellbeing room with sauna, Jacuzzi and shower, a pétanque court, a gaming room with billiards, table soccer, darts and a connected speaker system. The living areas are located on the 1st floor of the house: fully equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room, living room with fireplace (wood provided) and converted winter garden with direct access to the terrace. Looking for a quiet, soothing spot? Then step out onto the balcony, with its unobstructed view of the Monts d'Ardèche. The top floor is reserved for the bedrooms: 5 with a 160cm bed (some of which can be converted into two 80cm beds) and 1 with two 80cm beds. The two shower rooms are on this level, and the 3 WCs are on each floor. Finally, the Annexe, a room with 3 beds in 80, shower room and WC, with access from the outside. Travel light: bed linen is included, with beds made on arrival and Bathroom linen provided.
