Located in the beautiful Cévennes Ardéchoises, just a few minutes from the village of Les Vans, the Holiday cottage Philomène is ideal for a relaxing stay in a natural environment rich in heritage. Surrounded by olive trees, you're sure to fall in love with this little corner of paradise. Near Chassagnes, set off on a number of hiking and mountain bike trails to take in the sights and discover the beautiful landscapes along the Chassezac river, including the famous Bois de Païolive. Take pleasure in strolling through the streets during the tasty Les Vans Market and sample some delicious local produce.
This beautiful detached house, over 30 years old, has been completely renovated to welcome you into a warm and tastefully decorated cocoon. The large swimming pool is the highlight of this Holiday cottage: perfect for cooling off, jumping in and playing while others relax in the sun. The terrace is covered for meals and barbecues, and thanks to the awning, you can enjoy a morning coffee overlooking the pool. You enter the house through a lovely, bright living room with a lounge area and a fully-equipped kitchen. A separate toilet and laundry room are on the first floor. Upstairs, you'll find a large bedroom with a 160cm bed and a 90cm bed on the mezzanine. From the balcony, you have an incredible view of the Cévennes and the Piscine. The second bedroom, with its fresh marine colors, has a 140cm bed. There's a shower room and a second separate toilet. For your comfort and 100% relaxation, beds are made on arrival and towels provided. Carport available.
