Take the time to stroll through the Bois de Païolive and visit the many caves in the area, including the famous Grotte Chauvet and Aven d'Orgnac. The great must-sees of the Sud Ardèche are just around the corner! Every Saturday, the authentic Les Vans Market is the perfect place to sample delicious local produce and sun-drenched fruits.
This detached house on a plot of approx. 1700m² has been renovated and the first floor fitted out to accommodate 6 people, with family or friends. You'll enjoy the outside with a garden and the lovely private Piscine (10x4m with alarm) for a cool dip at any time. Young and old alike won't be bored by the pétanque court and ping-pong table. Accessed by an outside staircase, you enter the living area with TV lounge, living room and open, integrated kitchen. The 1st bedroom has a 140cm bed and a view of the mountains. The second bedroom has 2 90cm beds and a private bathroom with shower and WC. The last bedroom, with a 140cm bed, gives you access to the covered terrace. This is ideal for meals, with a plancha overlooking the Piscine and garden. For your comfort, the whole house is equipped with reversible air-conditioning, so you can enjoy your holiday in any season.
