Situated in a peaceful residential area of Saint Marcel d'Ardèche, you'll stay in this pretty house where everything is in place for an unforgettable vacation: a heated swimming pool* for extended swims in spring and autumn, an enclosed landscaped garden where Kids can play in complete safety, a pétanque court for convivial moments and a furnished terrace to enjoy the warm summer evenings.

As soon as you arrive, you'll be seduced by this single-storey Holiday cottage, bathed in light. The carefully decorated interior features a spacious, air-conditioned living area opening onto the terrace. The kitchen area, with its central island, is a real pleasure for cooks, with its top-of-the-range equipment, including a Thermomix. The room also features a living area and a sitting area with TV. The adjoining cellar houses everything you need for laundry and cleaning. Appreciate all the details that make all the difference: a TV box, a tumble dryer, and attention to every item of equipment. On the night side, a corridor with reversible air conditioning leads to the 3 bedrooms: one with a 160cm bed, another with a 140cm bed and the last with two 80cm beds. Finally, there's a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet.

Coffee on the terrace of the village bistro, hot croissants for breakfast or a stroll along the Hiking trails, without even having to take your car. The village center is less than 1 km away. You're also ideally situated for exploring the Ardèche Gorges, and why not try a canoe trip or a hike in the Forest? Grotte Chauvet 2 is just 25 km away. Nearby, you'll also find picturesque villages and Provencal markets, for a true Ardèche experience.
