Located in a peaceful residential neighborhood in Saint Marcel d'Ardèche, you’ll stay in this charming house that has everything you need for an unforgettable vacation: A heated pool* for extended swimming in the spring and fall, an enclosed landscaped garden where kids can play safely, a pétanque court for social gatherings, and a furnished terrace to enjoy the balmy summer evenings.

From the moment you arrive, you’ll be charmed by this single-story, light-filled holiday cottage. The carefully decorated interior offers a spacious, air-conditioned living area that opens onto the terrace. The kitchen area, featuring a central island, is a true delight for cooks, with its high-end appliances, including a Thermomix. The room also includes a living area and a sitting area with a TV. The adjoining utility room houses everything you need for laundry and housekeeping. Enjoy all the little details that make a big difference: a TV box, a dryer, and careful attention to every piece of equipment. In the sleeping area, a hallway with reversible air conditioning leads to the three bedrooms: two with 160-cm beds and the third with two 80-cm beds that can be arranged to form a 160-cm bed. Finally, there’s a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet.

Enjoy a coffee on the terrace of the village bistro, warm croissants for breakfast, or a stroll along the hiking trails—all without even having to take your car. The village center is less than 1 km away. You’re also ideally located to explore the Ardèche Gorges—why not try a canoe trip down the river or a hike in the Forest? The Chauvet 2 Cave is just 25 km away. You’ll also find charming villages and Provençal markets nearby, so you can fully immerse yourself in the Ardèche experience.
