Just a few kilometers from Les Vans, in the heart of the Cévennes Ardéchoises, this old farmhouse is the ideal place for your next vacation with family or friends. Everything is designed to create superb vacation memories, so you won't want to leave! Perfect for relaxing and rejuvenating in any season at the private swimming pool (7mx7m prof.1) or the Sauna.m50) or the Sauna, but also to have fun with all the leisure facilities on offer: billiards, table tennis, table soccer and darts! If you want to get out and explore, you'll be amazed by the villages of character and exceptional cultural sites such as Grotte Chauvet 2.
There's no shortage of outdoor activities, including canoeing down the Gorges du Chassezac, rock-climbing on the Casteljau cliffs and Hiking. This family-run stone farmhouse has been completely renovated and tastefully furnished, from the interior to the courtyard, right down to the magnificent stone cellars. Upstairs, you'll enter the living room with its authentic original floor and wood-burning stove (a "fagot" of wood is provided). In the living room, you can enjoy meals together at the large dining table. On the kitchen side, you'll be seduced by all its top-of-the-range equipment, and the covered terrace awaits you afterwards for good planchas. On the same level: a 1st spacious suite with a 160cm bed and private shower room; laundry room (washing machine and dryer) and separate WC. On the 2nd floor, fully air-conditioned: a small lounge ideal for Kids with TV and games; 2 other beautiful suites equipped with a 160cm bed and a 180cm bed and private shower rooms. The last bedroom has 4 single beds, including 2 Bunk beds. A bathroom with shower and WC is available on the first floor. All equipment for toddlers is available. Beds are made on arrival, towels and beach towels are provided and end-of-stay cleaning is included. All you have to do is book and pack! INFO Piscine: May to September, weather permitting/ Unheated/ 7 x 7m / Depth: 1.50m flat bottom. With a 2m long by 7m wide underwater Beach / Salt water (electrolyser) / Wooden fences and a 1.70m high stone wall as well as a 2m high planted hedge enclose the pool.
