In the heart of the village of Saint-Alban-Auriolles, in the southern Ardèche, Mas Elise D. welcomes you to a character property entirely enclosed by a stone wall.
Ideally located, just a stone's throw from the village shops, you can walk to the bakery, mini-market and other amenities, while enjoying a quiet, spacious and private setting.

The mas is built around an inner courtyard with Provencal charm, where you'll enjoy a radar-secured swimming pool, slightly elevated to preserve the serenity of the setting. An automated gate brands your arrival in this little corner of paradise.
Outside, you'll appreciate the landscaped garden, and the convivial patio terrace, ideal for sharing meals al fresco.

Inside, you'll discover a living room with authentic cement tiles on the floor. It features a fully-equipped kitchen, a family table in front of a traditional Ardèche fireplace, and a living room with TV corner.

The mas offers three comfortable bedrooms, each with its own shower room and WC. Two bedrooms have 160 cm double beds, while the third has two 90 cm beds and a pull-out sofa that can sleep two more. The house can accommodate up to eight people in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

Beds made on arrival, towels provided and end-of-stay cleaning included.

The location is ideal for discovering the wonders of the southern Ardèche: the Ardèche gorges, the famous Pont d'Arc, villages of character such as Balazuc, Labeaume or Vogüé, not forgetting the many Hiking trails, local markets and rivers all within easy reach.
