A private landscaped garden of 2000m2 with shaded dining area, sunbathing area, barbecue and table tennis are all available for relaxing moments.
You'll be seduced by the calm of the site and the quality of services offered by this authentic, sober, spacious and luminous vacation farmhouse.
All on one level, the Holiday cottage comprises a large living room with sitting area (fireplace, sofas, TV, WiFi) + dining area and open kitchen (hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave), microwave) Three bedrooms, including a master suite with bed 140x190, private shower room and wc + a bedroom with 2 beds 90x190, a bedroom with bed 140x190, private shower room and wc, a bedroom with 2 beds 100x190, private shower room and wc, all opening onto the large garden.
Close to major tourist attractions, including the Gorges de l'Ardèche, Grotte Chauvet 2 and Mont Gerbier de Jonc, as well as the wide-open spaces and panoramic views, picturesque villages, streams and torrents of the Monts d'Ardèche Regional Nature Park. 5/5Bel environnement calme pour ce gîte de plein pied. Espaces indépendants qui respectent l'intimité. Déco de bon goût. Cela a contribué à nous faire passer une excellente semaine, même si le vent froid ne nous a pas permis de profiter du grand et beau terrain. Bons souvenirs.
