A private landscaped garden of 2000m2 with shaded dining area, sun loungers, barbecue and table tennis are at your disposal for moments of relaxation and idleness.
You'll be seduced by the calm of the site and the quality of the services offered by this authentic, sober, spacious and luminous vacation home.

The Holiday cottage comprises a large living room with lounge area (sofas, TV, Wifi, decorative fireplace), dining area and open, fully-equipped kitchen.
On the night side, 4 comfortable bedrooms, 3 with private shower room and toilet. Two are equipped with a 140cm bed, the other two with 2 90cm beds each. All with garden views.
Accessed by 3 small steps from the garden, all rooms are on the first floor.

Close to major tourist sites, such as the Ardèche Gorges, the Chauvet-2 Ardèche cave, Mont Gerbier de Jonc... Discover the wide-open spaces and panoramic views, picturesque villages, streams and torrents of the Monts d'Ardèche Regional Nature Park. Hiking and mountain biking trails depart from the Holiday cottage (bike room available on the owners' premises).
