Located near the Ardèche Gorge and Barjac, this charming Holiday cottage is tastefully decorated.
Its furnishings and comforts have been carefully thought out. Very spacious, it offers a large outdoor area with a swimming pool and a large, partly covered terrace, as well as a leisure garden with a swing, ample parking and a boules pitch.

On the first floor, outside access leads to a beautiful vaulted bedroom with a 160cm bed and a large shower room with toilet.
The 1st level leads to a fully-equipped kitchen with central island, a large living room with wood-burning stove, a bedroom with a 160cm bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bedroom with a 160cm bed and a shower room with WC.
The upper level offers a lovely bedroom with en suite shower room and 160cm bed, a second bedroom with 160cm bed and 2 single beds, and a shower room with WC. The first floor is accessed by a beautiful spiral staircase.
Outside, the terrace, shaded by a magnificent pergola, offers a vast dining and relaxation area, as well as a fully-equipped summer kitchen.
Electric heating, baby bed. Overcapacity prohibited.
