A hiking trail passes in front of the gîte, allowing you to reach Ruoms on foot, where you'll find shops, markets and entertainment. The setting invites you to slow down, listen to the birdsong and savor every moment. The gîte is housed in a beautiful stone building divided into several dwellings, in an authentic and warm spirit.
Adjoining the owner's house, which is discreet and often absent, and a small gîte not overlooked, it benefits from an independent entrance and totally private access, guaranteeing peace and privacy. Inside, you'll discover a pleasant air-conditioned living room, with a dining area, a sitting area with TV and an integrated open kitchen. At night, two comfortable bedrooms await you, one with a double bed (140cm) and the other with two single beds (90cm). Outside, the terrace is a real asset. A large adjoining field, with unobstructed views and play areas, will delight young and old alike. Cycling enthusiasts will also appreciate the secure cellar for storing their bikes, and the Holiday cottage's location is ideal for discovering the treasures of the Ardèche. Just a few kilometers away, you can explore the famous Gorges de l'Ardèche, admire the majestic Pont d'Arc or plunge into history with the sublime reconstruction of the Grotte Chauvet, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The surrounding area is also full of caves, Museums and picturesque villages such as Labeaume and Balazuc, to discover on your travels.
