In search of nature and authenticity, this Holiday cottage will be the ideal place for your stay. Just a few kilometers from the main road between Privas and Aubenas, a small road leads to this typical Ardéchoise property, located at the end of the road.

In an unspoilt setting, far from the hustle and bustle, the Holiday cottage is located in an outbuilding of a large building, where the owners also live. The Holiday cottage has its own private area and access to the shared Piscine*. Inside, the stonework and exposed beams bear witness to the history of the place, and are enhanced by a tasteful renovation. A small entrance hall lets you drop off your belongings, before making yourself comfortable in the living room. This comprises a fully-equipped kitchen area, with a wooden table for gatherings, and a sitting area with television. At the top of the spiral staircase, you'll find a large sleeping area with two single beds (80 x 200cm) and a large wardrobe. From here, you have direct access to the bedroom (bed 160 x 200cm), as well as to a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet.

Enjoy the magnificent view of the Ardèche Forest from the private terrace or by the swimming pool shared with the owners. Parking and bike sheds are available.

This haven of peace is the ideal starting point for discovering the Ardèche from north to south. Discover the most beautiful sites in the Ardèche: Gorges de l'Ardèche, Grotte Chauvet, Mont Gerbier des Joncs, Plateau Ardéchois, Lake d'Issarlès, Vallée du Doux etc. For your shopping, Privas is a dozen kilometers away, with numerous shops and two weekly Markets (Wednesday and Saturday). Sports enthusiasts will also be delighted, whether on foot or by Bike / Mountain bike, with a wide choice of itineraries on offer.
