Looking for sunshine, nature, and precious moments to share? Welcome to Mas des Lavandes, a charming vacation home in the heart of southern Ardèche, set in a peaceful setting surrounded by vineyards and olive groves and lulled by the song of cicadas.

Located in Saint-Sauveur-de-Cruzières, between the Ardèche, Gard, and Cévennes regions, this detached house invites you to enjoy a vacation filled with relaxation, discovery, and good company.
Just a few minutes from Barjac and Vallon-Pont-d’Arc, it’s the ideal starting point for exploring the region’s most beautiful sites: the Ardèche Gorges, Chauvet 2 Cave, the Païolive Forest, the Cévennes, and the Pont du Gard.

From the moment you arrive, the warm atmosphere sets the tone. The private, landscaped garden, the covered terrace opening onto the private Piscine, and the relaxation areas immediately invite you to unwind. Whether lounging on a deck chair, reading in the shade of a hammock, swimming for refreshment, or enjoying an aperitif with the family at sunset, everyone will find their own way to make the most of their vacation here.

The comfortable and fully equipped house is arranged over two levels.
On the ground floor, a spacious, bright living area combines a very well-equipped kitchen, a welcoming dining area, and a cozy living room with a convertible sofa (Rapido, 160) and a wood-burning stove (wood provided free of charge) for cooler evenings. A bedroom with a 160 double bed, a bathroom with a toilet, and a pantry complete this level.
From the living room, the view opens up to the garden and the Piscine.
Upstairs, two bedrooms offer restful nights for guests of all ages. One features a 140 double bed. The second is ideal for families, with a 140 bed, a 90 bed, and an additional pull-out bed. Both bedrooms have a balcony overlooking the Piscine.
A bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet are available.
All bedrooms are equipped with reversible air conditioning.

Everything is provided to enhance your stay: a private pool, a pétanque court, a ping-pong table, darts, a barbecue, a plancha grill, a library, board games, and activities for children.
The village and hiking trails are within walking distance, allowing you to fully enjoy the Ardèche countryside and way of life.

Sheets and towels are available for an additional fee.
Small pets are welcome, subject to the holiday cottage’s rules (an additional deposit is required upon arrival).

Reservations available for a minimum of 3 nights year-round—Sunday through Sunday in July and August.
To ensure responsible use of air conditioning and electricity (with meter readings taken upon arrival), you have a daily allowance of 20 kW.

Piscine Information: 8x4m / depth: 1.70m – gently sloping / chlorinated / secured with an alarm / open from May to mid-October, weather permitting; unheated.
