Mas des Genêts

In the heart of the village, Le Mas des Genêts opens its doors to you for a stay dedicated to conviviality and sharing. Completely renovated, this large house can accommodate up to 14 people in a warm and welcoming setting, ideal for vacations with family or friends, where everyone can enjoy their own space while getting together for some great moments together.

As soon as you arrive, you'll appreciate the vast 500 m² enclosed courtyard, a veritable outdoor living space. Sheltered from the heat, three converted vaulted cellars invite you to extend your days in a unique atmosphere: - a fresh and convivial dining area accompanied by a laundry room, - a games area with table soccer, ping-pong table and air field hockey, - and lastly a Wellbeing area with a 6-seater Spa for moments of absolute relaxation.
Outside, everything is in place to make the most of the warm weather, with the added bonus of a private above-ground swimming pool for a refreshing dip at any time. The Holiday cottage, located on the first level, has been designed to combine comfort and independence thanks to its various spaces accessible from the outside. The main accommodation features a spacious living room with a professionally-equipped kitchen for sharing large meals, two bedrooms (140cm bed and 2 90cm beds) and a shower room.
An adjoining studio offers a living area, kitchen, sleeping area (bed 140) and shower room. Two other apartments, opening onto the covered terrace, each have a living area and two bedrooms (bed 140 and 2 beds 90), allowing everyone to find their own rhythm while remaining close to the group. Beds made on arrival and bathroom linen provided for a stress-free stay. Pets are also welcome. Located in a peaceful area, Mas des Genêts is just a few minutes' walk from the village shops and close to Joyeuse and Les Vans. You'll be ideally placed to discover the treasures of the southern Ardèche, with its villages full of character, local markets and remarkable natural landscapes. Don't miss an excursion to the famous Ardèche Gorges, a visit to Grotte Chauvet 2 or a walk under the emblematic Pont d'Arc. Private parking in front of the Holiday cottage.
