Le Mas de Valgrand is a residence that was already inhabited in 1600, where the charm of the vaulted ceilings and old stones will make the past speak for itself. Here, everything is included: beds made on arrival, bathroom linen provided, housekeeping included and air-conditioned room!

If you're a lover of old stones and nature, come and stay in our 17th-century house at the gateway to the Parc des Monts d'Ardèche, 10 minutes south of Aubenas. A GR trail passes right in front of our door, allowing you to enjoy short or long Hiking tours through the garrigue or the pine and chestnut forest. Close to several villages of character (classified as among the most beautiful villages in France), it's an ideal opportunity to discover the heritage of the Ardèche. The village of Fons is only 8 km from Aubenas. Discover its castle and 9 historic monuments. Take a stroll through the pedestrian and shopping streets, where numerous restaurants will make you appreciate the flavors of our region. Our Mas de Valgrand - Eugénie gîte is comfortable, warm and air-conditioned. It is located on the 1st floor, accessible by a stone staircase (not suitable for people with reduced mobility). It has a small private terrace with garden table and chairs, providing cool shade in summer. The accommodation comprises 2 rooms: a living room with a small, fully-equipped kitchenette, a spacious bedroom (180cm bed) with sitting area (armchairs, TV, Internet connection), bathroom opening onto the bedroom with free-standing bathtub and walk-in shower. Separate toilet. Reversible air-conditioning in the bedroom. Bikes can be left at the bottom of the stone staircase, where the beautiful old door locks. The 2nd Holiday cottage Mas de Valgrand - Victorine, also for 2 people, is located next door and can be rented with this one.
