Set in an old farmhouse currently being restored, our two holiday cottages combine authenticity, tranquility, and nature.
It’s the perfect spot for those who love historic buildings, natural landscapes, and outdoor adventures. You’ll be in the heart of the countryside, just a short walk from the center of the village of Vinezac.
Starting from the farmhouse, there are numerous hiking trails, not to mention visits to charming villages (Vogüé, Balazuc, Labeaume...), the iconic Ardèche Gorges, and other tourist sites.
You won’t be bored. There’s no shortage of recreational activities: swimming in the river, canoeing, via ferrata, bike rides… and the local markets will charm you.

A family-owned property for several generations, the Mas de Bagnols is currently being restored.
It comprises two holiday cottages: the Pigeonnier, opening in 2025 and accommodating up to 4 people, and the Castanhas, opening in summer 2026 and accommodating up to 6 people.
The two holiday cottages are adjoining, each with its own entrance. The outdoor areas are shared: pétanque court, garden, and Piscine*.

The Castanhas holiday cottage features a large private terrace with a pergola, perfect in the summer for meals around a gas grill.
With a rustic and warm atmosphere, built using traditional materials, this accommodation offers all the comfort you need for a stay surrounded by vineyards, garrigue, and a charming village.
It is located on the upper floor, accessed via an outdoor stone staircase (not suitable for people with reduced mobility).

Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen-living area, a living room with a TV, Wi-Fi, (decorative fireplace not in working order), 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms and toilets (each equipped with a 160 cm bed and a 90 cm bed), and a pantry-laundry room. For your comfort, bed linen is provided and the beds are made on arrival!

The property is surrounded by 5,000 m² of land, ensuring peace and quiet. 300 m² of this area features a pétanque court and a garden table, shaded by century-old trees. Private parking.
Renovations are currently underway in other parts of the farmhouse, but will not cause any disturbance.
