Situated in a quiet residential area, Mas Alamanda is the last remaining period farmhouse, surrounded by more recent villas that bear witness to the preserved local heritage. The location is ideal: just 500m away, the village of Vallon Pont d'Arc invites you to stroll through its lively streets, markets, restaurants and summer terraces. The mythical Pont d'Arc, a spectacular natural arch sculpted by the river, can be reached in just a few minutes and brands the entrance to the unmissable Gorges de l'Ardèche. As soon as you arrive, you'll be seduced by the peaceful atmosphere of the place, its tree-lined garden, its enclosed courtyard not overlooked and, above all, its magnificent shaded terrace offering a breathtaking view of the entrance to the famous Gorges de l'Ardèche. Here, everyone naturally finds their place. Kids can run free in the garden, while a game of pétanque is organized, a coffee is enjoyed on the deckchairs in the courtyard, or a moment of reading is improvised in a peaceful corner. The cellars on the ground floor are home to a ping pong table and a laundry area. The large terrace quickly becomes the heart of the house: convivial meals, plancha evenings, sunset aperitifs or moments of relaxation overlooking the Ardèche countryside will punctuate your vacations.

Inside, Mas Alamanda's warm, Countryside-inspired decor combines family furnishings, fine materials and generous volumes. A separate, air-conditioned living room with a library and TV corner, a fully-equipped kitchen and an elegant dining room make it easy to share large meals together. The main house offers several sleeping areas spread over three levels to ensure privacy for all. An air-conditioned bedroom with 180 cm bed is located on the 1st level. On the ground floor, under a superb, naturally cool stone vault, a bedroom with two adjustable 90cm beds. The top floor features two further bedrooms, one with a 140cm bed and the other with two 90cm beds, one of which is a bunk bed. Two shower rooms with shower and WC and a separate WC complete the ensemble. For even greater peace and quiet, enjoy an independent annex from the terrace for 2 people, with its own living room, bedroom with double bed (140cm) accessed via a spiral staircase, and private shower room with shower and WC.

For your comfort, bed linen and towels are provided. Mas Alamanda is ideally located for discovering the wonders of the Ardèche region. Nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy canoeing, swimming in the Ardèche river, panoramic hiking or visiting the many caves and remarkable natural sites. The famous Grotte Chauvet 2, a fascinating replica of the UNESCO-listed prehistoric cave, is also nearby. Further afield, characterful villages such as Balazuc, Labeaume or Vogüé offer charming escapades between heritage, craft markets and grandiose landscapes.
