You'll love this pretty little hamlet overlooking the Ardèche valley. This is as far as you can go by car!
It's the ideal place to spend a vacation away from the hustle and bustle of the world and enjoy nature to the full.
The site lends itself perfectly to hiking, mountain biking or simply relaxing.
A small, typically Ardèche road, narrow and winding for 5 kms, will lead you to the gîte Les Terrasses de Leyronnac - La Maison Verte.
The owners live nearby and will be delighted to welcome you.
The bright gîte combines stone and wood. It features a covered terrace with flowers, particularly popular in spring and summer for barbecues.
This terrace overlooks the green space, with a ping-pong table available, and a shaded jeu de boules area to share with the owner.
You'll find a living room with a fully-equipped kitchen, a sitting area with flat-screen TV, a bedroom with a 140cm bed, a bathroom and a separate toilet (small steps lead up to the bathroom).
Private parking. Cot and high chair available on request.
During your stay, take the time to discover our region: Niègles and its 12th-century Romanesque church 3 km away, the characterful villages of Jaujac, Meyras and Thueyts, the Château de Ventadour, natural sites such as the basaltic flows of Jaujac and the Cascade du Ray Pic...
Jean-Marie, the owner, will be happy to advise you on swimming spots, hiking trails and other discoveries.
Shopping facilities 6 kms away. The spa resorts of Neyrac les Bains and Vals Les Bains, with their casino, swimming pool and park, are around ten kilometers away.

Ancien maçon et Maître d'Oeuvre pour les Monuments Historiques, j'ai pu restaurer et embellir de beaux monuments d'Ardèche, telle que l'Eglise Notre Dame de Nieigles.
Ma passion fut de sauver Leyronnac en ruine, en faisant revivre le hameau par un accès, en retrouvant les symboles de vie : l'eau pour la fontaine, le pain pour le four.
L'esprit de convivialité est au rendez-vous chaque année, au coeur du hameau, avec l'ensemble des habitants, autour d'un repas festif où le four est mis en activité.

5/5L'accueil et le contact avec le propriétaire permettent une bonne compréhension de la vie locale et des visites possibles.
De très bons moments passés avec lui en partageant son intérêt pour le patrimoine local et son investissement personnel dans sa rénovation.prévoir approvisionnement et prendre le temps sur la petite route étroite et sinueuse qui conduit au gîte.

5/5Es war einer unserer besten gîte- Urlaube, die wir je hatten.
Der Blick aus der gîte ist beeindruckend, die Umgebung und
die Stille sehr erholsam. Die Dörfer und Städte in der Umgebung
sehenswert. J-M Mouyon ist sehr aufmerksam, großzügig und
humorvoll. Mit anderen Worten, ein hervorragender Gastgeber.
Für unseren nächsten Aufenthalt dort, würden wir uns ein
