This old house has been completely restored in keeping with the architecture of the Ardèche region.
The owners, Sandrine and Grégory, have made the most of its heritage: carved stone, mullioned windows, stained glass, floors, furniture...
The house is located in the Countryside, in the heart of a hamlet, and is semi-detached from its owners, each with their own entrance and outdoor space.
It offers 130 m2 of interior space on 2 floors, perfect for a stay with friends or family.
You'll enjoy its private Piscine and 2 south-facing terraces, with deckchairs and electric barbecue.
In the large vaulted cellar (60 m2), ping-pong, table soccer, billiards and other games will delight young and old alike!
There's a picnic area at the rear of the Holiday cottage.
The gated courtyard is a secure space. Ideal for parking 2 cars, motorcycles or bicycles.
The Holiday cottage is on the 1st floor, accessible via a stone staircase (not suitable for PRM).
It comprises a large living room with table, chairs and sideboard. The beautiful stone fireplace (decorative) bears witness to the building's many years of existence.
Next to this room, you'll find the living room with corner sofa, TV, library area and fully-equipped kitchen.
On the night side, 3 bedrooms, one of which is attic-style (3 x 140cm beds). Bathroom with shower cubicle, bath, washbasin and toilet. Laundry room and 2nd independent toilet.
Cleaning included. Sheets and towels for hire.
You're only 5 minutes from the village, where you'll find a café-restaurant where you can buy your own bread.
It's an ideal place for outdoor activities, Hiking, cycling...
Not forgetting the discovery of the villages of character, Balazuc, Vogüé, the Gorges de l'Ardèche and the Grotte Chauvet2-Ardèche about an hour's drive away.
Above-ground Piscine 6x3 m, 1.20 to 1.60 m deep, unheated/chlorinated/staircase with wicket gate. June to September, weather permitting.
