Each villa has its own private, secure outdoor swimming pool, covered terrace facing south-east, fully enclosed grounds, private enclosed parking and a large garage. We're 5 minutes from Aven Orgnac, classified as a Grand Site de France, 30 minutes from Vallon Pont d'Arc - Gorges de l'Ardèche - Grotte Chauvet 2 - La Roque sur Cèze - Cascades du Sautadet, and 1 hour from Avignon and Uzès - Pont du Gard. The OCRE villa is a detached house on a raised first floor, with a few steps up to the terrace. Large living room with integrated kitchenette and sitting area (sofa, armchair, flat-screen TV, Internet connection), 2 bedrooms with double beds (140cm), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm), shower room with Italian shower and vanity unit, separate WC, reversible air conditioning, laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board, baby equipment on request.
