You're in Saint-Clair, ten minutes from the center of Annonay, in a peaceful residential area, with a panoramic backdrop that invites contemplation. The Holiday cottage is attached to the house of the owners, Cathie and Gilles, but the independent entrance and 1300 m² garden on the other side guarantee tranquility and privacy. The well-kept outdoor space, with trees and flowers, invites you to relax. A garden table and electric barbecue are available for outdoor meals. Inside, the Holiday cottage is functional, neat and harmonious, a place where you'll feel right at home. An entrance hall with storage space leads to the air-conditioned living room. Three large bay windows provide constant light and a breathtaking view. The room includes a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining table, a dining area with a table for six, and a sitting area with two sofas, TV and bookshelves. On the night side, there are three bedrooms, two with 160cm beds and one with two 90cm beds. Two WCs, one in the shower room. Explore the little-known City of Annonay, its culture and its famous hot-air balloons. Many activities await you around the Holiday cottage: the Peaugres Wow Safari is 7 minutes away, the Mastrou and the vélorail are 25 minutes away, and the Saint Pierre le Boeuf Nautical Base is 25 minutes away. The via fluvia (90 km long) runs nearby. You're also at the gateway to the Pilat Regional Nature Park, ideal for Hiking, cycling and Nordic activities.
