In the heart of nature, between fir forests and meadows, this superb house with Piscine is located in an exceptional environment, not overlooked. As part of a Slow Tourism initiative financed by ADEME, 6 electric bikes and 1 cargo bike are available, as well as an electric charging station for electric cars. Access via a 300-meter dirt track. Traditional stone Mountain house, fitted out to a very high standard. House on 3 levels. An ideal place to gather with friends or family, no parties allowed. Saint Agrève: shops 5 minutes away. Private heated Piscine* open from June to September. Private sauna and shower, treadmill, games area with table soccer and billiards, bowling green and birdwatching course. Spacious living room with integrated kitchenette, 3 lounges, wood-burning stove, 1 bedroom (4 single beds), 1 bedroom (3 single beds), 3 bedrooms (3 double beds), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), 3 WCs, 2 shower rooms, 1 bathroom (multi-jet bath), 2 terraces. Hiking and mountain biking in summer, snowshoeing in winter. 10km away, Lake Devesset with swimming and windsurfing, 18-hole golf course at Le Chambon sur Lignon. 2 km away, start of the Dolce Via in Saint Agrève. 3-star gourmet restaurant in Saint Bonnet le Froid. Electrically-assisted bike rental with bike delivery to the Holiday cottage: ask the owner.

5/5Nous avons passé un excellent weekend entre amis. La maison est idéale, nous étions 4 couples avec des enfants. L'équipement est idéal, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Il y a de l'espace pour tous. C'est joliment décorée, la pièce à vivre est magnifique. Le cadre est magnifique, idéal pour un weekend au vert. Les vélos à disposition sont un plus fort appréciable. Claude nous a très bien accueilli et a su rester disponible.

Un petit coin de paradis
5/5Magnifique gîte sur 50 hectares de terrain. Pièce de vie spacieuse. Bonne literie. Lieu très calme, au milieu de la forêt. tout est fait pour que le séjour se passe très bien beaucoup d'activités en plein air. 10 VAE pour des belles balades. Borne pour recharger les véhicules électriques. Propriétaire bienveillant.accueillant, arrangeant, très à l'écoute. Je ne peux que le recommander. C'est la deuxième fois que l'on vient.
