The location is ideal for exploring the many tourist attractions: Burzet, Meyras, Le Pont du Diable in Thueyts, Vals les Bains, a spa town with its Casino, Aubenas and its Château, Neyrac les Bains with its spa.
And 30 km away, the Grotte Chauvet2-Ardèche and the Pont d'Arc!
Not forgetting the many leisure activities on offer: Hiking, cycling, climbing, canoeing, accrobranche, via ferrata, tyrolienne....

The house comprises a bright living room with direct access to the terrace, and a fully-equipped kitchen/living area.
Two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140 cm), the other with 2 single beds (1 double bed (140 cm) on a mezzanine accessible from age 6 and 2 pull-out single beds (90 cm)).
Shower room with toilet. Washing machine available on the owner's premises.
Carport for your vehicle. Bike room on request.
A stone's throw away, at the owner's, the possibility of relaxing in the jacuzzi (option with extra payment on site 15€/person/hour max 4 people - bathrobes and towels provided on reservation).

Piscine info: size 10x6, depth 1.30 to 2.20 - gates with lock and roller shutter - to be shared with owners - accessible from mid-April to mid-October, weather permitting - unheated, chlorine-free.
