Are you dreaming of a vacation away from the hustle and bustle of the City? Are you looking for nature, peace and quiet? Then this is the place for you.
You're in the hamlet of Sarrabasche, 500 m above sea level. Access to the Holiday cottage is via a small road a few kilometers long. A change of scenery and a change of scenery guaranteed!
This traditional stone house has been completely renovated. It is luminous and offers all modern comforts.
You'll love the terrace and spend a lot of time on it! The unobstructed view over the Beaume valley is splendid!
Inside, on the first floor, you'll find the living room with its fully-equipped fitted kitchen and dining area, the spacious, welcoming lounge with sofa bed (Rapido 140x190), TV and wifi connection. You'll appreciate the wood-burning stove on chilly evenings (wood supplied).
Upstairs, the air-conditioned attic bedroom (140cm bed), the shower room with toilet and a small mezzanine (not very high) with 2 single beds for Kids.
Outside, a lovely shaded terrace to contemplate the landscape and a large private garden with faysses (terraces) for lounging or reading on the deckchairs.
Barbecues available (charcoal or electric). Private parking and bicycle storage next to the Holiday cottage, in the owners' vacation home. Holiday cottage not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
The region offers numerous nearby rivers for swimming (La Beaume, La Drobie, Le Salindre), hiking and horse-riding. To the north, the Tanargue mountain range offers a variety of excursions. To the south, the Ardèche gorges, caves, the famous Grotte Chauvet2-Ardèche and picturesque villages (Largentière, Les Vans...). And don't forget the local Markets, where you can sample the flavours of the land.
