Dominated by the castle and the church, the terraces of Vernon overlook the Beaume valley, and the Cevennes architectural culture is well represented in the village houses. On the 1st level, this detached house features a spacious living area, a large veranda and a covered terrace for meals. Access to the living areas is via two entrances, one via an inner courtyard with a beautiful stone staircase, typical of winegrowers' houses, the other via a small alley. Inside, you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen for preparing meals on the veranda, in the dining room or on the covered terrace. A lounge area with sofa, armchairs, TV and library adjoins the dining room. On the same level: 3 bedrooms (2 with 140 cm beds and 1 with a 160 cm bed), 2 shower rooms, 2 toilets (one independent). For your comfort, beds are made up on arrival and towels provided. From the veranda, take time to admire the beautiful view over the Ardèche countryside. An enclosed courtyard, garage and laundry room are at your disposal. A private garden with century-old trees in front of the house lets you relax on the deckchairs and even enjoy the 4/6-seat Jacuzzi in summer.
