Welcome to Félines, a charming village just a few kilometers from Annonay, offering a real change of scenery less than 15 minutes from the A7 motorway. At the end of a cul-de-sac, in a peaceful residential hamlet, the Madi Pierres Holiday cottage opens its doors to you behind an electric gate. You'll appreciate the spaciousness and diversity of the facilities, designed for the comfort and enjoyment of all, and the leisure facilities for everyone. In fine weather, the heated swimming pool* invites you to relax. From the terrace on the kitchen side, you can enjoy a pleasant view of the swimming pool. On the other side of the house, a large covered terrace invites you to enjoy meals in the shade, with a plancha and outdoor fridge. A former barn has been converted into a gaming room, complete with ping-pong table, table soccer and Dutch billiards, and is accessed via an external stone staircase. The interior spaces are divided over two levels. Downstairs, you'll find a spacious entrance hall, a living room with fully equipped kitchen and large convivial table, and a bright lounge with TV and Bluetooth speaker. A bedroom with a double bed (160cm), two separate WCs and a shower room complete this level. Upstairs, a landing with gaming area leads to four bedrooms: two with 160cm beds, one with a 160cm bed and a 90cm bed, and one with two Bunk beds, as well as a walk-through sleeping area with two 90cm beds. There are also two shower rooms with WCs. The Holiday cottage also has a small laundry room with washing machine, a closed garage for vehicles, bikes or motorcycles, and electric recharging facilities at an additional cost (€30/vehicle/stay). For your outings, the Peaugres Safari, the Train de l'Ardèche and the Pilat regional nature park are great places to discover.
