Between light-filled vineyards and country lanes, the villa L'Ultime opens its doors to you for a sunny interlude in the heart of southern Ardèche.

Imagine yourself in the morning, sitting on the terrace, cup of coffee in hand, facing the swimming pool, which is already glistening in the Ardèche sunshine. You then enter the villa L'Ultime, bathed in light thanks to its large bay windows opening onto the outside. The living area is pleasant, designed to share real moments of conviviality. The open, fully-equipped kitchen makes it easy for you to cook while staying with friends and family. The dining area is a natural extension of this space, and the comfortable living room is the ideal place to relax while keeping an eye on the Piscine. The house, entirely on one level, benefits from reversible air conditioning in every room, for optimum comfort in all seasons, whether on hot summer days or cooler mid-season evenings. At night, you enjoy two bedrooms, designed for rest. One has a 160cm bed, the other two 90cm beds. The bathroom is modern and functional, with a lovely walk-in shower and separate WC for everyday comfort. Outside, life happens naturally. The covered terrace becomes the heart of your day, perfect for meals in the shade or long summer evenings around the plancha. The enclosed garden lets the Kids play freely, while you relax on the deckchairs or in the garden furniture. And of course, there's the swimming pool... heated to 28 degrees from spring through to the All Saints' vacation. A true luxury that extends the pleasures of Swimming well beyond the summer. We've thought of everything so you can travel light and enjoy yourself to the full: beds are made on arrival, bathroom linen and tea towels are provided, board games and outdoor games are available, and a private parking space is reserved for you.

And when the urge to explore strikes, you're ideally located for discovering Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, the majestic Pont d'Arc and the spectacular Ardèche Gorges, or strolling through the characterful villages of Balazuc, Vogüé and Labeaume.
