Holiday cottage for 2 people with a breathtaking view of the Chassezac!

Treat yourself to a unique stay at Le Lucilou, a former stone hayloft with an exceptional panoramic view of the Ardèche mountains and the meandering Chassezac river.

An ideal place to reconnect with nature. From the moment you arrive, you'll be enchanted by the tranquility, the diversity of the vegetation and the proximity of the river below (Swimming du nassier is a 20-minute walk away). You have free access to the rest of the property, which is made up of several hectares of Cévennes hills. It's close to the owners' family home, but not overlooked.

The Holiday cottage is 5 km from Les Vans, where you'll find all amenities and a wide range of cultural activities (festivals, Cinema, exhibitions, craft workshops and outdoor activities).

The main rooms are on the second floor. The interior is very sober. The doors and frames are in chestnut.
The living/dining room includes a kitchenette, TV and DVD player. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, fridge and microwave.
You can listen to music or read in the cool of the air-conditioning, and cook simple dishes with the steamer and vegetables from local producers. The bedroom is bright and airy, with 2 windows: one opening onto nature and the other onto the view. The small but functional bathroom features a walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet. The terrace features garden furniture, deckchairs and a table tennis table.

A few steps lead down to a vaulted cellar opening onto an arbour covered with Virginia creeper. Here, you can cook on an electric grill and enjoy your meals sheltered from the heat. Next door is a laundry room with washing machine, fridge and sink. If you're brave enough, you can also store your bikes here.

Private parking is available, linen is included and beds made on arrival.
