Loutine

The Chalet de Loutine is a beautiful, cozy and very comfortable all-wooden chalet, located on our property (our house is nearby, with very few neighbours), in a sunny and very quiet setting, a stone's throw from Lablachère and Joyeuse. Numerous tourist, sports and leisure activities less than 15 minutes away.
You'll appreciate the quality of its furnishings and fittings. Large covered terrace overlooking the heated Piscine (shared with the owner), garden furniture, sun loungers, barbecue.
Living room with fully-equipped kitchenette and attractive sitting area, shower room with large Italian shower, separate toilet, 1 bedroom (1 x 140cm bed), 1 bedroom (2 x 90cm bunk beds).
Heating included, linen rental, baby bed and high chair on request. Daily electric vehicle charging available.

The Piscine, heated from May to September (weather permitting), 10m x 5m, is enclosed by a secure fence with 3-point gate and handle for Kids, and varies in depth from 1m40 to 1m90, with chlorine treatment.
