Nestled in a verdant setting at the end of a dead-end road, our Holiday cottage welcomes you all year round for a relaxing break in the heart of the Southern Ardèche. The Holiday cottage is adjoined by a 2nd cottage, each with its own entrance and outdoor space. Both Holiday cottages can be rented by families or friends, and the Piscine* is shared with the owners and guests of the 2nd cottage. The bright, well-equipped house opens onto two terraces of over 20 m2 each, ideal for outdoor meals, around a plancha or for relaxing. The surrounding natural garden is a haven of peace where young and old alike can enjoy the mildness of the Ardèche. Inside, on the first floor, a bright, spacious, air-conditioned living room with TV, wifi connection, dining area, fully-equipped fitted kitchen, air-conditioned bedroom (160cm bed) with access to one of the terraces, shower room with walk-in shower, separate toilet. Upstairs, a mezzanine bedroom (low ceiling) (90cm bed), suitable for Kids (2 additional 90cm beds for Kids). Ideally located in the heart of Ardèche Méridionale, with easy access to shops and activities, you're just 3km from Aubenas City center.
Its location also allows you to discover the must-see sites of the Southern Ardèche, with the famous Pont d'Arc, the Grotte Chauvet 2-Ardèche and the magnificent villages of character, not forgetting our beautiful Ardèche mountains, the famous Mont Gerbier de Jonc and the many lakes.
