The Lou Mas Fa Sua Holiday cottage makes it easy for you to explore the whole of this area, which has the scent of the South. You're at the gateway to the famous Gorges de l'Ardèche, an exceptional natural heritage you'll never forget discovering by canoe. For those who prefer to stay on the land, there's plenty of opportunity to explore on foot or by bike. Looking for a bit of culture? Immerse yourself in the past with a visit to Grotte Chauvet 2 or stroll through the cobbled streets of typical villages (Saint-Montant, Aigueze, etc.). The area is also renowned for its wine-growing terroir, and to fill your shopping basket, opt for the local Markets with their colorful stalls. Far from the hustle and bustle of tourism, the house is located in a quiet area between Saint Martin and St Just d'Ardèche, ideal for a stay with family or friends. Easy parking in front of the house. Outside, the garden and private Piscine* with pool house promise great moments of sharing and relaxation. Stretch out on a deckchair or sit in the shade of the terrace, with an unobstructed view. You can enjoy your Market produce or the owner's tomatoes on the terrace, with the option of grilling on the masonry barbecue. Inside, the Holiday cottage is arranged over two floors. The ground floor features a fully-equipped kitchen with adjoining pantry, a bright, air-conditioned living room with high ceilings featuring sofas, TV, table soccer and a sleeping area with a 140cm bed (with a partition screen). A toilet is located on the ground floor. Two air-conditioned bedrooms are located upstairs (one with a 140cm bed, the other with 2 90cm beds), along with a bathroom, separate toilet and dressing room. A home where you'll feel at home, and where the owner takes every care to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Sheets, towels and cleaning optional.
