Located in Vagnas, enjoy a peaceful village in the heart of the southern Ardèche, just a stone's throw from Vallon Pont d'Arc and the Ardèche Gorges. The location is perfect for a relaxing vacation, but also for discovering the wonders of the two neighboring departments, on the border with the Gard and just a few minutes from the magnificent village of Barjac.
The estate comprises 3 independent houses, "Le Tilleul", "Les Pins" and "Les Oliviers". They are set in a hamlet around a large garden planted with local trees, allowing as little overlooking as possible.
The site features a private covered parking lot, powered by a photovoltaic array. It can accommodate 9 vehicles and is equipped with charging stations for electric/hybrid cars.
Each house is accompanied by a private swimming pool on a beautiful stone terrace of over 100m² with deckchairs, hammock and high table.
In addition to the swimming area, each house is equipped with a large shaded wooden terrace with an outdoor table that can seat between 12 and 14 people, a plancha and a petanque court.
For comfort in all seasons, the houses are equipped with heating and air conditioning in all rooms.
Holiday cottage Les Oliviers is a 145m² two-storey house comprising a first floor with living room (convertible sofas), open-plan kitchen, bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm), and bathroom with disabled access. Upstairs, 3 further bedrooms with private shower rooms are available.
A 29m² ground-floor outbuilding with 2 x 90cm beds, sofa bed and bathroom is also available.
Beds made on arrival and towels provided.
