Located in Vagnas, enjoy a peaceful village in the heart of the southern Ardèche, just a stone's throw from Vallon Pont d'Arc and the Ardèche Gorges. The location is perfect for a relaxing vacation, but also for discovering the wonders of the two neighbouring départements, on the border with the Gard and just a few minutes from the village of Barjac.

The estate comprises 3 independent houses, "Le Tilleul", "Les Pins" and "Les Oliviers". They are set in a hamlet around a large garden planted with local trees, to minimize overlooking.
The site features a private covered parking lot powered by a photovoltaic plant. It can accommodate 9 vehicles and is equipped with charging stations for electric/hybrid cars.

Each house comes with its own private Piscine on a beautiful stone terrace of over 100m².
For comfort in all seasons, the houses are equipped with heating and air conditioning in all rooms.

Holiday cottage Le Tilleul is a 113m2 single-storey house with living room (convertible sofas), open-plan fitted kitchen and storeroom. There are 3 bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms.
Complementing the house is a 55m2 annex with kitchen accessible via the garden, a living room (sofa bed and TV), a shower room and WC, plus two bedrooms (2 90cm beds and 3 90cm modular beds).
You'll love the pretty terrace under the lime tree, where you can enjoy meals together, with an outdoor table for 12 to 14 people, a plancha grill and a pétanque court.

Beds made on arrival and towels provided.
