Located at an altitude of 950m, this beautiful farmhouse dating from 1703 is typical of the Ardéchois plateau, overlooking the Loire Valley and 3 km from the superb Lac d'Issarlès (swimming, lake fishing, pedal boats, shops, restaurants). Large gîte for 13 to 15 people maximum. Ideal accommodation for successful vacations with family or friends. Large plot in front of the house, terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Very comfortable, well-kept furnishings. Large dining room with fully-equipped kitchenette, storeroom with toilet and washing machine, spacious living room with traditional fireplace and wood-burning stove (wood supplied). Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with 140cm beds (one with 2 extra 80x170cm beds), 2 bedrooms with 160cm beds, 1 mezzanine/dormitory for children with access via a miller's staircase (5 90cm beds), 2 bathrooms, one with WC. For your comfort, bed linen is provided. A mountain environment with many hiking and mountain-biking trails.
