Set in 2 hectares of land, this old stone farmhouse, restored and renovated as Holiday cottages, is an authentic place combining charm and comfort.
The Lotus gîte adjoins 4 other Holiday cottages, each with its own entrance.
The large, secure, heated Piscine, surrounded by beautiful vegetation, is shared with other holidaymakers and the owners, who live on the estate.
Ideally located, you're close to the shops in Rosières, Joyeuse and the farmers' markets, and can easily explore the Ardèche region, discovering the picturesque villages of Joyeuse, Les Vans, Vogüé, Balazuc and Labeaume....., not forgetting the Gorges de l'Ardèche, the Pont d'Arc and the Grotte Chauvet. For the more sporty, there are numerous activities available not far from the Holiday cottage: canoeing, Hiking, mountain biking, horse riding, climbing....
Add a touch of serenity to your stay with family or friends by relaxing by the Piscine or on the Holiday cottage's 37m2 terrace, equipped with garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol and barbecue.
Access to the Domaine's private, enclosed parking lot is via an electric gate (remote control handed over on arrival). A boules pitch is also available.
The 50 m2 Holiday cottage Lotus is on one level and sleeps 4. It features an air-conditioned living room opening onto the terrace, with a lounge, living room and fully-equipped kitchen. A corridor leads to the two bedrooms, both equipped with 2 adjustable 80cm x 200cm beds, a small study area and access to the terrace. The bathroom has a shower and separate toilet.
Piscine (12x6m / 1.50m deep) secured by barriers, gate and shutter.
For your comfort, towels and sheets are included, and beds made on arrival.
Holiday cottage can be grouped with the Holiday cottages Freezia, Violette, Safran or Coquelicot (cousinades, birthdays and other family celebrations are not permitted).
