The Ardèche river is less than 300 m from the Holiday cottage.
The Thermal baths of Vals les Bains are only 5 km away, perfect for spa-goers.

Comfort and modernity are the order of the day. The Holiday cottage is all on one level, with air conditioning in the living room.
As it has only recently been built, the surrounding area is still in the process of being landscaped, but everything will be ready in fine weather.

Your Kids will be able to swim in the Piscine in complete safety, and the terrace is close by, so you'll be able to keep an eye on them in complete peace and quiet.
Pets are welcome, as the property is enclosed.

The Holiday cottage comprises a large, light-filled living room with a sofa bed for a 5th bed, a lounge and a fully-equipped fitted kitchen.
On the night side, 2 bedrooms (one with a 160cm bed, the other with 2 80cm beds that can be converted into 1 160cm bed). Bathroom with walk-in shower. Separate toilet.
Beds made on arrival and towels provided. Baby bed and high chair available on request.

Garage for motorcycles and bicycles. Parking on the property. Bowling green.
