Bring your bicycles, the "voie douce" is less than 300 m from the Holiday cottage, and there are some superb routes for you to take with your family or friends.
The Ardèche river is just 200 m away.
The Thermal baths of Vals les Bains are just 5 km away.

The Holiday cottage is comfortable and modern. It is all on one level, with air conditioning in the living room.
Recently built, the surrounding area is still being landscaped, but will be ready in fine weather.
Terrace overlooking the Château d'Aubenas and a pleasant olive grove.
From here, you can keep an eye on your Kids as they swim in the Piscine.
Pets are welcome, as the property is enclosed.
This Detached house comprises a bright living room with a lounge area (sofa bed for a 5th bed), a sitting room and a fully-equipped fitted kitchen.
On the night side, 2 bedrooms (one with a 160cm bed, the other with 2 80cm beds that can be converted into 1 160cm bed). Bathroom with walk-in shower. Separate toilet.
Beds made on arrival and towels provided. Baby bed and high chair available on request.
Garage for motorcycles and bicycles. Parking spaces on the property. Bowling green.

The owner has a 2nd identical Holiday cottage next door, which can be rented at the same time (ref 325712).
