L'Orée de Païolive

Detached stone house with garden and private pool, in the heart of a hamlet in southern Ardèche.

Lovers of nature and beautiful landscapes, come and discover this beautiful stone building, a former silkworm nursery renovated by an architect to create generous, luminous spaces. Ideally located on the edge of the Bois de Païolive, a natural labyrinth overlooking the Chassezac river.
All you have to do is put your car down, and the most beautiful trails await you on foot or by mountain bike from the Holiday cottage to this sublime Forest of oaks and limestone rocks with its very special features, as well as numerous charming swimming spots.

The garden is an ideal place to relax, and the Piscine is the perfect place to take a break and cool off after a long walk.
The proximity of character-filled villages (Banne, les Vans, Labeaume, Thines...) rich in history, arts and crafts, and colorful markets, will make your stay a true escape to southern Ardèche, with a backdrop of raw, mineral and wild nature.

The house is laid out on several levels.
On the ground floor, a 1st bedroom is available with a 160cm bed, TV and private shower room, as well as a laundry room.
Ascend to the 1st floor to discover a bright, welcoming living room with lounge, living room and kitchen. A shaded wooden terrace overlooks the Piscine. We can already see ourselves having breakfast here. Separate toilet with washbasin on this level.
On the top floor, the sleeping area and shower room with WC. Two bedrooms (2 90cm beds and a 160cm bed + dressing room) with panoramic windows overlooking the surrounding hills, for wonderful wake-up calls!

Well-designed, the house is equipped with geothermal underfloor heating and cooling for summer comfort.
Carport and bicycle storage available.
