This detached villa**** full of charm will welcome you for a quiet stay with family or friends, relaxation and conviviality will be on the program.
Ideally located on the heights of Salavas, on a 2000m² fully fenced plot, you'll be staying just 200 meters from the forest and only 2kms from Vallon Pont d'arc and the tourist attractions of our superb region.
Arranged in 2 parts, the main house and its outbuilding, you'll enjoy a large inner courtyard, not overlooked, and the large secure swimming pool (heated on request). The summer kitchen under the covered terrace (2 gas + electric planchas, bbq, fridge, Senséo) will be ideal for enjoying outdoor moments. Ping-pong table and pétanque court (with equipment) are also available.
All rooms are independently air-conditioned.
Inside the house, you'll find a fully-equipped living room with integrated kitchen. You'll find 2 bedrooms, the 1st with a 160cm bed and the 2nd with 2 90cm beds, a bathroom with Italian shower and a separate toilet.
In the outbuilding, you'll find a 1st bedroom with a 160cm bed and 2 90cm beds, one of which is a bunk bed (sleeping arrangements exclusively for children), and a private bathroom with shower and WC. The 2nd bedroom in the annex has a double bed (140cm) and its own private bathroom with shower and WC.
If you're looking for outdoor activities, you'll find numerous hiking trails just a short distance from the gîte, including the mythical descent of the Gorges de l'Ardèche, and also close to famous cultural sites (the host will be happy to advise you).
Bed linen available on request. Pets are allowed in the respect of the premises (deposit required) a dog park on site.
Electricity included (45kw/day), to ensure your consumption is ecologically aware.
