In a peaceful, unspoilt natural setting, facing the Sampzon rock, 5 minutes from the magnificent village of Labeaume.
You're in the heart of our vineyard and orchard.
Holiday cottage highlight: access to the village of Labeaume and its famous beaches via a magnificent footpath.
All shops and activities 5 minutes away.
Holiday cottage L'Olivier is a comfortable, beautifully decorated detached house.
Inside, you'll find a luminous, high-ceilinged living room with a sitting area and integrated kitchenette. Reversible air-conditioning and a wood-burning stove (wood supplied) ensure comfort all year round.
On the night side, a 1st bedroom adjoining the living room is available, with a 140cm bed and private bathroom (shower and WC). On the other side, you'll find a bedroom with a 160cm bed and a bedroom with a 140cm bed and a 90cm bed. Shower room and separate WC.
The covered terrace is ideal for outdoor meals and barbecues, whatever the weather. Deckchairs are available for relaxing in the Holiday cottage's private garden under the Ardèche sun.
Internet connection in a room shared by all Holiday cottages.
Bed linen provided on arrival.

Un grand merci à Mme Jouve, qui sait très bien accueillir les locataires, le gîte est incroyablement propre et très fonctionnel.
Le tout sur un vaste domaine, que du plaisir et du bonheur.
Très bien situé, il permet de visiter tous les lieux, villages , grottes…etc…
Nous y reviendrons dès que possible.

Ninacha Gîte
Gîte très bien aménagé au calme et très propre . Je recommande. La climatisation a été appréciée lors de notre séjour.
Propriétaire accueillant et petite attention appréciée, merci pour la bouteille de rosé.
Très bien situé , beaucoup de sites aux alentours à visiter.

Zazou Gîte tout confort
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour
2 semaines dans un bel endroit Merci aux propriétaires pour l’attention qui nous attendait
Nous étions d à côté de beaucoup de site et villages magnifiques
Je recommande les propriétaires ont été très discret
Labeaume n’est qu’à 700 m pour se baigner et l’endroit est juste magnifique- Cleanliness
