Just outside the village of Ruoms, the stone-built Holiday cottage, adjoining the owners' house and located to the rear for greater peace and quiet, welcomes you all year round in a warm, authentic atmosphere.

Ruoms is a lively little city in the south of the Ardèche, particularly lively in summer. Its old town center, surrounded by ramparts, invites you to stroll through its narrow streets and shops. You'll discover a convivial square with its historic church, as well as beautiful vaulted passageways, ideal for relaxation and discovery.

The surrounding area offers a multitude of discoveries and experiences to suit all tastes.
Just a few kilometers away, the mythical Pont d'Arc and the Ardèche gorges reveal grandiose landscapes. Caves, picturesque villages and local heritage punctuate your cultural escapades.
Lovers of outdoor activities will appreciate the Hiking trails and the greenway, just 500m away, for walking and cycling. On the river side, canoeing and swimming are just 300m away.

On the farm, restored over the years, has retained its original character.
You may be visited by our little silk hens, always curious and much appreciated by visitors.

The Holiday cottage l'Olivier comprises a bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a kitchen, a dining area with sofa bed, a shower room and separate WC.
Outside, a shaded terrace with garden furniture and a lawn will enable you to take full advantage of the fine weather.
