Housed in a former 18th-century silkworm farm, which also houses another Holiday cottage and the owners' home, l'Oliveraie elegantly blends the authenticity of old stone with contemporary comfort. The outside stone staircase leads to a superb 25 m² vaulted terrace overlooking the vineyards and hills. Furnished with a large convivial table, garden furniture and barbecue, it becomes a true extension of the house, ideal for shared meals and moments of relaxation.

Inside, a vast 40 m² living room combines a fireplace, leather sofas, designer touches and antique furniture in a warm atmosphere. The independent, fully-equipped kitchen opens onto the terrace. A pantry with washing machine and storage space is also available. On the same level are two comfortable bedrooms, one with a 160cm bed and the other with two 90cm beds, as well as a bathroom with bath and walk-in shower and a separate toilet. For ultimate comfort, the Holiday cottage is equipped with underfloor heating. Bed linen and towels are included.

In the surrounding area, the Ardèche countryside is revealed in all its richness. The Ardèche gorges are just a few kilometers away, ideal for canoeing, rafting or swimming.
