L'Olive Noire

In the south of the Ardèche department, between the villages of Vogüé and Ruoms, the Holiday cottage L'Olive Noire opens its doors to you.
Located in the village of Chauzon, perched high above the Ardèche and overlooking the cliffs of the Cirque de Gens, a sublime landscape renowned for its rock-climbing, this Holiday cottage of almost 100 m² is a true vacation haven, where calm, sunshine and nature are the watchwords.

Entirely on one level, the Holiday cottage is perfectly equipped for 6 or 7 people, opening onto a large terrace bathed in light. The enclosed garden, perfectly suited to families, invites you to relax and share moments together, thanks to its shaded area and boules area. The private swimming pool promises moments of coolness, water games and idleness.

Inside, the space has been designed for comfort and independence. The fully-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare local produce in a convivial atmosphere. A vast pantry provides ample storage space. The dining room, warmed by a fireplace, opens directly onto the terrace, extending the living space outwards.
The 3 bedrooms, all air-conditioned and with en-suite shower rooms, provide much-appreciated privacy. You'll find one bedroom with two 90cm beds (bath), one with a 160cm bed (shower) and a third with a 140cm bed and a 90cm bed (shower and separate toilet). Beds made on arrival.

There's plenty to do around the Holiday cottage, from canoeing down the Ardèche from Vallon-Pont-d'Arc to discovering the famous Pont d'Arc, to Hiking on the trails of the Cirque de Gens. And don't forget to visit the picturesque villages of Balazuc, Labeaume and Vogüé, with their shady lanes and lively squares in summer.
