If you're looking for the peace and quiet of the Ardéchois way of life, the Holiday cottage Locina in Berrias and Casteljau is the place to be!

It's ideally located to recharge your batteries and discover the beauty of the southern Ardèche countryside. At the foot of the Holiday cottage, take advantage of the Hiking trails or the Via Ardèche to start some great walks or bike rides. Extend your discovery of the region with a trip to the Bois de Païolive Forest or a canoe trip down our rivers. With the Ardèche, Chassezac and Ibie rivers to choose from, you'll be spoilt for choice when it comes to cooling off!
The summer Market in Les Vans will delight your eyes with its colorful stalls, but also your taste buds with local specialities.

The Holiday cottage is equipped with a private swimming pool*, a covered terrace with plancha, a pétanque court and private car rentals.
A garden Cabin is available for bicycle storage.

The interior is fully air-conditioned and on one level. It offers a convivial living space with a bright living room, a welcoming dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen with oven, hob and dishwasher.
The sleeping area features 3 comfortable bedrooms, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Two with 140cm beds and one with two 90cm beds. Each has a built-in closet. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and two basins. The toilet is independent and a washing machine is at your disposal.

Your hosts offer a range of optional extras: cleaning, bed linen and towels.
For our animal friends, a dog may be allowed but no cats for allergy reasons.

Since January 1, 2026, the house is connected to the fiber.
