Here, everything invites you to slow down and savor the summer, between swimming, Kids' laughter and long evenings with friends.

The private heated swimming pool quickly becomes the heart of the house, while the pool house welcomes darts games and moments of relaxation. On the grounds, laughter resounds around a game of pétanque, a ping-pong match or games dedicated to the youngest guests, for a vacation that brings together all generations. The days extend outdoors. The covered south-facing terrace invites you to enjoy sunny meals around the gas barbecue, while the second terrace to the north offers a cool interlude, ideal for a siesta in the hammock. Everything has been thought of for your comfort, with a carport and dedicated bike storage areas. Inside, the villa reveals a warm, contemporary universe, where every detail has been carefully chosen. The vast air-conditioned living room, bathed in light, opens wide onto the Piscine and the play areas. It includes a living room with a large wall-mounted TV, a lounge and a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen. At night, comfort is the order of the day with three bedrooms, all equipped with 160cm bedding, TV and reversible air conditioning. Two of them have direct access to the terrace and Piscine, so you can enjoy the mild Ardèche mornings as soon as you wake up. A large bathroom with bath and walk-in shower, as well as a separate toilet, complete the picture. Everything is included here, so you can make the most of your stay. Beds made on arrival, bathroom linen provided and end-of-stay cleaning included. The famous Pont d'Arc marks the entrance to the spectacular Gorges de l'Ardèche, a must-see natural site to explore by canoe, on foot or simply to admire. The village of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc is lively and friendly, with an abundance of shops, summer markets and typical restaurants.
