You're in Bozas, surrounded by forests and meadows. From the property, where you'll find the owners and a second Holiday cottage, you can admire the unobstructed view of the Ardéchois hills. The village of Saint Félicien, famous as the starting point for the Ardéchoise cycle race, is 6km away. All year round, small shops bring life to this Ardéchois village. Hikers won't want to miss out on the many marked trails nearby. One of the treasures of the Ardèche verte region is the Train de l'Ardèche in the Gorges du Doux, an original way to discover the countryside.

The Holiday cottage Lo Jaç de Foart can accommodate up to 10 people, spread over a main house and two outbuildings. A Holiday cottage that combines conviviality and privacy. The house features a large living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and sitting area with wood-burning stove. The first accommodation, on two floors, features 3 bedrooms (each with two 80cm beds), a bathroom with bath and shower, and a separate toilet. Reading and gaming rooms (on the mezzanine) have also been thoughtfully designed. The outbuildings are accessed from the outside. The first, "La Praniera", comprises a bedroom with a 140cm bed and private shower room, while the second, "L'Estancot", is a small studio with a 140cm bed, kitchenette and relaxation area with wood-burning stove.

A central terrace, with furniture and barbecue, lets you enjoy the open-air pleasures of getting together. A second terrace, at the edge of the Forest, is ideal for strolling, unless you prefer to cool off in the property's shared above-ground Piscine*.
